Hello! I'm doing my year paper about lucid dreaming and its impact on people. Please answer those questions and you will help me a lot. This poll is anonymous and I will use the results of this poll only for my year paper.

Age:
Sex:

1. How old did you start lucid dreaming?

2. Do you still lucid dream or have you finished it?

3. Which induction technique helped you first time lucid dream?

4. Which induction technique do you usually use?

5. How has lucid dreaming been helpful you (for example involving abilities, increasing self-confidence, getting motivation, getting inspiration, overcoming nightmares etc)?

6. How has lucid dreaming been harmful for you?

7. Do you believe that when somebody dies in a dream, then he or she really dies?

Thank you a lot!

Age: 44
Sex: Not for quite some time.
Gender: Female

1. I was 7 yrs old when I started lucid dreaming.

2. I still dream lucidly.

3. No particular technique. I just do it.

4. I was born with a pisces moon. I am a visionary through God's will.

5. Lucid dreaming has helped me to see my life with more clarity and be able to make life decisions with more accuracy.

6. Through faith, lucid dreaming has never been harmful.

7. I have never experienced death in dreams although I have had many where I am falling, usually from a cliff into the ocean, but I always wake up before I hit the water. I believe there is some truth to that myth or I would have hit the water by now.
It's so easy, it's right before your eyes. You only need to look through the disguise.
