Hello (newbie here so please take it easy on me and no rolling eyes and tutting).

I am on a diet and it is very hard and i mean hard, i love my cheese, wine, meat, chocolate everything lol even butter which is bad i know and it puts weight on me so fast. Im on a diet and i wanted a spell just too help me out i know i can do this diet ive done it millions of times in the past lmao once i lost 4 stone and put it all back on i know scary huh.

I know reality is not like the movies where things happen at speed of light but even if the spell could guide me and help me out i am willing to do the hard work i just need the spell to give me that boost.

If anyone knows a spell that is guranteed to work please let me know what it is thanks so much :-).
I cant be arsed....

r u serious??? u wanna spell to help with your diet...??? geez u know wot if your will isn't strong enough to cope with few eating restrictions how on earth are going to cast a spell..... will is everything when it comes to any spell.. spell initself have no power, it's the one who casts them that gives it true power

It sounds like you eat to ground yourself. Do you often feel up in the clouds?
The foods your choosing are very grounding foods: Dairy, Meat, ect. I can give you some quick grounding techniques that will help curb the cravings for those heavy foods.

Sit or stand (whichever you choose) preferably bare foot with your feet on the earth. Close your eyes and breath deeply for about 10 breaths or how ever many you need to feel relaxed. Now picture a golden cord of light coming from the heavens down through your head, your spine, coming off of your tail bone and deep into the earths crust. Focus on that cord until it becomes one with you, when you feel comfortable, open your eyes and wallah!

That is a VERY basic grounding technique you can and should use daily, whenever you feel like your off in space or your having a food craving but you know your not hungry.

There are no quick fixes or spells that will miraculously work over night, these things take time and from what it sounds like you dont need another diet, you need to replace your eating habits with different ones.

I always find that whenever I suffer cravings for sweets and cake, a few minutes quiet visualising to remind me what I'm dieting for is usually enough to keep me on track.

weight loss is now not a difficult work but one can easily increase weight by eating like you.
