We're up to 3.59 around the corner from my house, but in larger more populated areas it can be as high as 3.65-3.71.

I'm in Cali, so regular unleaded is in the 3.80s if you're lucky, 3.90s more commonly. Luckily my civic gets good gas mileage and I live close to work.
