I live just under 2 hours from San Francisco but haven't made any particular plans to go. It will be interesting to hear how it goes.

if any californians live/work close enough to experience the torch relay in San Francisco? I've read that it's the only stop in North America and they're taking precautions for "chaotic demonstrations".
