Hello Everyong Im new, I did'nt see a Topic for these books so I decided to make one. I just got done reading The Sleeping Beauty Trilogy although I have read all her books and thiese are Unique! I could not put them down. These are not romance books , they are considered to be erotica. I just wish she would write some more. I just can't think of anyone else who could do it in that fashion. They way she desrcibes the princes and the princesses is amazing! The main characters visit many different places. I enjoyed her take on pleasure and pain. If you enjoy an erotic story filled with fantasy, beauty, love, passion, pain and pleasure"greek style" Give this a read.    Anyone else read them?

I read them. I had trouble getting into the first one, I think because Beauty was an unwilling participant for most of this book. The thing about S&M is that the masochist is supposed to ENJOY the punishment, but Beauty didn't at the beginning of this book, so it felt more like rape in a way than anything else. After Beauty started to enjoy the role, I thought the books got better, were very interesting and unique and enjoyable reads. I doubt Anne will ever write anything like this series again, however, since she has found God again.

The Rice board is one of the slowest around, so I am always glad to meet new Rice fans who might liven up this board a bit.
