The book is still way better than the movie. Dean just has a way of explaining things.

I found it to be a very quick read. If you are wanting something to read fast and that flows quickly this is what you want. I enjoyed it.

I really didn't like it. It moved too fast, and I really didn't care what happened to the characters. It was like a slasher film: You see things coming a mile away, and you just...don't...care.

I feel weird saying this about a DK novel... but this book sucked. I actually STOPPED reading it. It felt to me that Koontz stopped caring abut the book half way through and just wrote anything, and he did so without his usual grace. I was very disappointed. I can't even look at the cover of this book without getting mad. (I know I'm crazy.. I'm okay with it)
