While it's not my favorite, I do enjoy it and it always pleases me when someone embraces one of the lesser known Koontz novels as their favorite.

If it had been one of my first Koontz novels, it definitely would have been in my top ten. But by the time I read it I had already read about twenty of his books. I did enjoy it enormously though, especially Dans comic bits.
~Top Ten Koontz: From The Corner Of His Eye, Watchers, The Bad Place, Strangers, Lightning, Relentless, The Face, Dark Rivers Of The Heart, Intensity, and Cold Fire~

Well as someone said in another thread, i think it was Einstien, i highly doubt it will remain my favorate DK book until the end, but i do believe it will remain in my top 15 or 20 in the end, perhaps even the top 10 who knows.

I'm in the middle of reading this book and I'm on page 222. The story has me hooked. I like the way it's put together. I don't really know where it's headed but that scene with the cat just cracked me up big time.

I don't think it was suppose to be funny but it was the funniest scared cat scene I've read. I should be more sympathetic.
I'm inclined to believe in parallel worlds filled with dark bound Snow and Odd adventures.
