What is the worst punishment you have ever given to your kids? For me, I took away my 9 yr old's Playstation away for a month when he got detention.

The ADD/ADHD is a big argument in my house. My wife believes like every other kid in the world has it. I believe the people that showed the doctor faked his results when he created it. ADD is just aint' gettin beat nuff.

Once upon a time my five year old would throw a fit before bed time refuseing to clean her room and sleep in her bed........sooooooooo (and she was warned about it first) Me and my girl cleaned out her room of everyting, her toys,tv, and the grand prize her bed... She slept like that for two days, and then she finely asked nicely for her stuff back promising she would clean her room and never throw a fit at bed time again(it seemed she did indeed like her bed after all), we slowly gave all her toys then the TV, and her bed back. The nightly bed time fight, has not been a real issue since.... I know im mean, but it really worked.. |

I have a little brat that just turned two, she went from little cutey to the devil overnight...
This is new for me, i wasnt in the picture with the two oldest when they went threw this phase, so its really geting to me, she wont listen anymore, always pushing dang it, and i just cant bring myself to give her a good smack, she's still so damn little, the worst i do is lightly smack her hand, if she gets into something bad or stick her in the corner none of that is working any more, i used to just give her a dirty look and tell her she was a bad girl and shed breack down and cry, even say she was sorry... How did any of ya'll deal with this kind of stuff any sugestions, besides going right to a real spanking, i dont think im ready to do that for this brat |
