It's not the greatest of the adaptions--too much crammed in too little amount of time--but still enjoyable. I went and bought it as a Christmas gift for my hubby.

My hubby and I always see them in the theater(the first Harry Potter film was one of our first dates, so it's kind of sentimental). The fifth book I think is possibly the best in the series, and it annoyed me that the director made the decision to make the longest book the shortest movie because I felt he compromised the story a bit.

I heard the scene where Voldemort tries to possess Harry is not even in the movie? But it was crucial to understanding Voldemort's weaknesses vs. Harry and Dumbledore. How could they just skip over that?

Ok..im not sure what i really thought of this movie, they really left out a lot of sh!t, and changed a few things, i watched this with my sis and madre, so the whole time i was being asked questions about the book vs the movie, that got very old lol. all and all i guess i liked it, if i had not read the book im sure i would really have liked it. What i pictured in my head was just better...
