    Posted: November/14/2003 at 5:59am
After I went to bed, my body felt strange, like it's sliding somewhere. I realized it's a good opportunity for OBE, and so it was.

Once I was out, I affirmed: "I move to the next level", felt the familiar spinning and closed my eyes. Once the spinning stopped, I opened my eyes and found myself in a dark alley.

As I flew past the dark houses, I heard a dog barking. I came closer and realized that the dog can sense me, even though I was invisible. As I approached the animal, I saw that it wasn't fully formed. It looked like an unfinished sketch of a dog. Or maybe like something that's about to teleport, so it's half-way disappeared. I came closer and tried to pet it, but my fingers went through - it had no substance.

Don't remember much of what happened afterwards - I recall sitting next to some guy at the computer screen and asking him to tell me about the astral levels. He didn't seem to know much, or was too busy surfing the web.

Well, i dont know if you've seen the movie "Ghost," but in the movie, when the main character [who is a ghost] comes upon a cat, the cat seems to sense him. the cat starts meowing and pawing at where the ghost is.

since most animals have some sort of 6th sense, im sure they can detect things like ghosts or projections, and most know when a storm is coming.

although, it sounds like the dog wasnt real, or it didnt seem real to you in the experience. im sure some animals have OBEs, either naturally or by accident...or maybe some are projected after they die. no one really knows i guess...

Glitch,

Yeah, that reminds me of a cat from the "Charmed" show, who sensed when there were ghosts or demons nearby.

Also, a friend of mine said that she's able to communicate telepathically with her dogs.

 andy ,

That kinda reminds me of the time when my dog past away  of old age . When I was about 13 years old. the same day that she past away I had an obe . When my dog was alive she use to stay in the kitchen  at night. I could always hear her walking around  in the middle of the night. Sometimes she would even jump over the gate and sneak in my room.

Well the night I obe was no different.  That silly dog didn't even know she was dead so when I floated down stairs and saw her I cryed . Just as I am now and I told her that she was dead and that I'd  miss her. Then I was pulled back .

        love and light, kali
