I'm new to mopeds and I'm thinking about buying a MC-D54B roadster 250cc (this is the link to it http://www.powersportsmax.com/product_info.php/cPath/38/products_id/634) I would very much appreciate any advice/opinions and info.

I drive my car approx 500 miles a week and spend $130 every 2 weeks on gas is it reasonable to expect a moped to replace this kind of usage and hold up and last (I mainly want a moped as a way to save on gas).

Hi Bryan,
I am looking for a scooter also. I'm 3 weeks into this whole scooter education thing. I highly recommend you put that model number in google and do all the research you can on it. Also, here is a link on a websight that gives a suggestion about what to look for in a dealer. http://www.motorcycles.pro/ScooterScams/tabid/194/Default.aspx. I'm still looking trying to make sure I make the best decision possible. I quit my full time job to return to college. I LOVE my SUV, but I can't afford to drive it daily to school. So, for me it is either gas, or food. Good look looking around. There are A LOT of different scooters out therw! |

Happy riding
