And I am having a tough time deciding which one would be best to invest in. [Back Story] See, my grandparents are pretty loaded when it comes to money, and well, my family took advantage of that..... My brother had busted one of my parents cars pretty substantially when learning to drive, and they offered (and did) to pay for the repairs. Needless to say, they told me that they would be willing to give me that same amount ($2,400), only instead to purchase a car. And so, I thought investing in a moped would be a good idea (commuting to work, maybe college soon).

I did some (be it great, that is not up to me to say) research and came up with a few results that peaked my interests. Thus my coming here; I would like the input from the real enthusiasts, the people who know what I obviously do not.

Here is what I found:

http://www.happyscooters.com/Trike-Gas-Motor-Scooters-150cc-Touring-Style-Moped-p-645.html

To be honest, the last one appeals to me the most (although the most expensive), most because of it's third wheel (I'm all about the safety).

I thank you, for all input!

those are all scooters, not mopeds. that means you will need a motorcycle endorsement, license plates, title, and insurance.
mopeds have pedals and can be ridden like a bicycle. they are also 50cc or less.
