Whats your opinion on the Martha Stewart Case?

Do you believe she did unfair stock trades? And if you do, what do you think should happen to her?

Do you believe she'll just be released like every other rich criminal?

why do you think shes a bitch? i mean, shes one of the most successful women ever. yeah, she didnt do to well with her daughters, but hell, half of american women watched her daily.

and even yet, it was such a small amount of money involved in this case. what was it? 400,000 something dollars?

She did it, without a doubt. They should put her away to show that even celebrities aren't invincible to the system. It will stop some complaining about celebrities getting away with things just becuase they are known.

You gotta also think too, if it was you, and your first offense, they probably would give you maybe 5-10 years probation, and a ban from stock trading. people nowadays get away with murder with only 6 months probation, some with even 30 hours community service. The government needs a new structure.

And when i say 400,000 dollars is such a small amount, i mean it was a small amount to her. ;)

and sure, if she's guilty, put her away. but i wanna see some hardcore evidence and details about the case before i make my decision.
