i have fairly recently become interested in lucid dreaming and i was wondering if someone could teach me how to do it or at least give me some tips, thanks . if it is important i can rememebr at least 1 or 2 dreams every night . also i am 14

hye newbie welcome to our obe forum. im20 and have had some experience with obes. so i can offer at least one method works for me most of the time anyways. sometimes on a real bad day i just cant relax and let it work for me. :( but every1 has a diff obe method. so u might want to look around the obe part. and work with it some. and u might also want to consult our obe experts jelena, hannah and danial. :) ok anyways here is my obe method. i lay down b4 bed time for at least 10 minutes. close my eyes take a couple of deep breathes. relax. loosen my muscles one by one. picture a peaceful place like the beach or even the moon, or a peaceful person (doesn't have to be friend or family. just someone who feels peaceful to u) like jelena or hannah not me i get bored to easily, or picture a peaceful object like ur fav. stuffed animal or ur old safety blanket. now picture urself leaving behind ur human body and entering that peaceful place, or close to the peaceful person or object, or u can even float or fly through the sky or dive or swim through the ocean. then whenever ur ready to go back to ur body just think back to body. now the whole key is to relax relax relax.

hi, i just tryed to have a obe, but i cant do it, cant think of the things that i shall.. what do i do ? plz help me

ok for one kirstoffer you should look on the obe fourm for tips on obes and secoundly, it takes awhile before you can have one i know im still trying to get my 3rd one. Things like obe or lucid dreaming takes pratice and patices it while take awhile depening on what state of mind you have. For me it comes sometime lucid dreaming more then obes though. So all i say to you is practice pratice and practice some more, it will happen sooner or later, but it will be worth it in the end. this is the type of thing you have to be devoted to achive. Me im like a inch away from getting there, i just have to find away to get my head to go numb like the rest of my body and it can happen for me at least.

haven't talked to you for a while hugh?
well anyways...I'm horribly busy, but in the meantime I practise my obe's...waht i wanted to say is that I am able to get my body into this total numbness state...today actually I got my head numb too...but (I have to admit but stupid me) I freaked out...Do you feel this huge pressure inside your body when you try to get the vibes or paralisys???I do...hmm...maybe they are ment to kick me out of my body???...anyways...a couple of times I got these strange obe, a bit more "delicate" than the unconcious one that I've always had...the conciousness swich is more delicate...I mean I still feel very close to the physical body then....yeah...it was different for the past few times because I got them right away when I said to my self (honestly) that I want one...
well, I'm still caucious about saying that I can get them whenever I want
...as for getting your head numb.....I visualize this bubble of energy around me (this is from monroe's exercises)...and wherever the level of energy is uneven I fix it....like I move it from my legs to my head...another thing is that a good affirmation always helps....like the good old: "
I'm more than my physical body.....
