Just joined and I am in the process of rebuilding a Murray Tiller model G877 or G77, need to find a parts source.
Also does anyone know how to get the bearing sleeve out of the gear box?
When I took the shaft out the pins to the bearing fell out

Have been working on this tiller for about a month, was all rusted, with a seized up engine, engine was rebuilt and I am now rebuilding the frame and gear box, sharpening the tines.
Will look brand new when finish if I can get some parts

Thanks for the help in advance

you need to find the model number tag on your machine. once you have the actual model number, try this site out;
http://www.outdoordistributors.com/Murray/Murraypartslists.html
murray is owned/affiliated with briggs and stratton, and noma. if you have a parts manual, go to the briggs and stratton web site and just add ma to the end of the part number and you should be able to find the parts you need. for example, a briggs part number may be 28938, so if you want the murray part, look up 28938ma.
