Loved this book. Loved how Dean Koontz even made it so you cared for Enoch Cain at the beginning. Tricked you into thinking he was a good guy who just made a choice and that was to kill his wife. He then later throws at you that Cain was actually a bastard long before that and then you just wanted to see him die slow and painfully. Anyway the way Cain was killed off was probably the weakest point in this book yet besides that it was great. |

I think it is one of the best 'new' books BECAUSE of all the characters, the science, religious undertones that DK is opening with more and more; and the way it comes together at the end. contrast it with The Taking where her father keeps reappearing without logic and the whole story is just 'the Devils last chance', but if you read the next verse in the Bible you know he fails. Corner/Eye keeps you DEEP thinking the whole time. Good Stuff |

Demon seed was the first Dean Koontz book i read. And boy did i hate it! Jus didnt enjoy readin the whole events through the computers eye. Then i saw phantom and decided to give him[koontz] another shot. From the corner of his eye blew my mind. I was doing a course in quantum physics at that time and i had to agree with the quote at the start of the book. 'Nobody understands quantum mechanics!' It's a classical book. REALLY!

I loved this book. I'd have to say that this was one of my favorite books so far by Dean Koontz. I am not sure if it is because the kids captured my heart or what, but I loved it!! I liked the little twists and turns that you can always expect from Koontz.
