can we talk/argue about what things warrant a forum and what don't warrant more than a thread in a forum? the number of forums that barely have any threads in them seems to be multiplying at a dizzing rate. is it possible that if all the same people go to these forums that are slight variations on the same topics, that they could simply post threads about the different topics in existing forums rather than add another forum that they barely use. just a thought.

another thing that has been on my mind lately. the number of forums being created lately is staggering. but its up to andy to decide what is done with the site or not. personally, i feel that what you are saying gem really makes sense. there are a number of forums that pretty much have the same topics being discussed in them that really have nothing to do with the forum titles. its like everyone wants their own forum just so they can be a moderator. its getting out of hand in my opinion. i'll talk to andy about it.
