hey, what did you use to bore it out (the case)?
as long as you have 2-3 1\2mm of case left you should be good.

make sure your still getting it cooled well, (tip use metal duck tape and tape up the cracks on the cooling shroud, as so i would invest in getting a "Ram Air" cooling scoop it helps with bigger motors.

try Jollymoto they have parts for bws100 and bws ng100s

Well, I stroked, and big bored my Zuma to 105cc.  Now the only problem is that there is not alot of case material left and I do not trust riding much more than 5 miles from home!

 

Does anybody have experiance with the "overseas" BWS100?  are the case walls thicker from the factory?  Where can I get these cases?
