this usually means that there is a piece of dirt stuck in between the needle and seat in the carb body, or the needle and seat are bad.

after having a very strong gasoline smell in my garage i decided to open up my carb and after removing my air filter a decent amount of gasoline poured out of it. I was wondering y this could be happening?
