I only remember a little of the synopsis and am not sure this is even accurate, but it has a female character who is a psycologist I think and a guy who may be insane who has amber colored eyes.

Try THE BAD PLACE. The antagonist has amber eyes, but the woman isnt a psycologist, she was a private investigator.
The other night I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out.
