I started doing this:

I held ice cubes in my hands for a minute a day, for a week, next week it will be two minutes, and so on and so on. This is suppossed to highten my cold resistance. I also take cold showers.

ok, after that you should keep dropping your body temperature lower and lower, almost to a dead person's level, then when you are still "frozen" try to chill, or possibly freeze other things. BTW, it's actually spelled cryokinesis(yes, I'm a nerd when it comes to kinetic spelling)

okay I've read up on it some more and I think Ive lowered my tempurature before. My friend touched my arm after I tried and said I was cold, and im a warm natured person.
