Island by far is the best one I've read

My first Laymon books was No Sanctuary.

I just finished After Midnight, not so crazy about that one, has anyone else read it?

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy most of his books, but this one, and a few others are just so far out there with their depiction of women. The way they think, talk, and act. I can't beleive he really thought women acted this way, if so I'd be reluctant to meet his wife for fear she would either try to sedose me, or chop off my head.
