Snape; he was one of my favorite characters...

And all that stuff about his past tugged at my heart-strings...

So sad!

and Umbridge was a bit... something

The kitten plates on her walls kept meowing in the movie...

i would have to say lupin, he tought them things that really mattered and who better to teach the dark arts than a werewolf lol

Wow...how can Umbridge be winning this thread...the question was favorite Dark Arts teacher...not Dark Arts teacher that you'd most like to punch in the face.
