i also would agree on memoch the devil, but interwiew with a vampire would be the best one i have read so far.  I am currently on the vampire armound.  i tend to read her books in order so i do not get lost in her story.  Did anybody know the they band her sleeping beuty trilogy at a metropolitian labary, in Ohio i believe.  are they that good anybody read them yet?

I've never read them, but they're suppose to be romance type books so I imagine they're very different from her other stuff.

Sad that I couldn't vote :(  But my favorites are Vampire Lestat, Memnoch, Blood and Gold... eh they're all my favorite.  Witching Hour too.

Well, Now it is my turn...I never really read novels before.. My first novel I read in entirety was "the Witching Hour".  Needless to say it had a profound effect on me.  I bought "Lasher right afterward and finished it in a couple of days.  (Taltos took a couple of months) That was about a year ago and I have read almost all of the rest of her novels.  Witching Hour would have to be my favorite but "Blackwood Farm" was the most fun I had in a long time..  so I started reading a Koontz novel "The Watchers" and I am having a hard time putting it down.  Is this usual.. Give me your input

The Watchers is one of DK's best and the Witching Hour and basically all of Anne Rice's books are really enthralling. I have a hard time putting them down too. In fact the first time I read The Witching Hour I was 13 or 14, at summer camp where lights went out at a certain time because we had to get up early each morning. I remember hiding under my blankets with a flashlight reading way into the night until I finished the book.
