Any way i have been talk to my friend who ride and they think that i would be to tall and heavy to ride anything but a harly but i dont like harlys. im 6'3 and 95kg. i know that it help to be shorter then that. i dont know if u know the rules in australia but u must be on the learners permit for 3 months and it must be a 250cc. so is this just a far off dream or or should i be ok?

mike, you'll be fine on a moped. i'm not sure what 95kg is in regular weight, but i'm 6'3", and 150. my buddy is about 210lbs, and has no trouble getting his cosmo stinger up to 35-40mph. it all depends on what model you get,try for a top tank, they are built stronger,  but most will pull you fine up to 30mph. you can always get a 70cc kit, if you can in australia. what brands are available over there??          this is what i ride

Put a fairing on and maybe a set of leather saddle bags and you'll say "Life is hard but it's good".

That's a beauty,Paul. Yeah,Mike........well......if I were you and wanted a motorbike 250cc or less, I think I'd go with  a Suzuki or Honda geared Motorcycle.

But if you only want a moped, the new Tomos Revival or a top-tank like Paul suggested would be fine for low-speed running. I know you have a lot of Honda 70s and bigger over there too.   don-ohio
