yes but none of the blood letting really gets rid of anything, just a distraction from a root problem that's not getting fixed.

Gem is right. The best thing to do is to go take a shower. Dress in some comfortable clothing, and try to relax. Think of the last good experience that you had. Now tell yourself that happiness is within your reach, that you KNOW you will experience happiness again. Make yourself stronger. The best way to feel happiness is to help others. If you have no one in your household, try your church. Offer them your help. They will offer you their help, and both sides will get stronger.
Try this: go for a walk. Wave your arms as you walk. Rotate them as if each were a windmill. Have fun. Say Hello to people you meet. Offer anyone you encounter that is struggling your assistance. You will both feel better. Think happy thoughts.
