Hi there lads, I am attempting to replace the crank case seals on my 82 Honda NU50 and have run into a problem. I cannot get the kick starter gear on the output side of the crank to budge. Lots of heat and a puller wont get it moving. Anyone know anw secrets here. Thanks in advance for any help.

Just for my info, what products contain liquid nitrogen?. My neighbor suggested using a can of ULTRA DUSTER . The stuff used to remove dust from electronic equipt. He tells me that if the can is held upside down, the stuff comes out and will frost anything.

liquid nitrogen is just that. it is not used in anything else. the propellent in any spray can will not freeze anything. that is usually just an alcohol based propellent. it feels cold, but will not freeze.

Okey Dokey, I will set out to find some liquid nitorgen. I did try the propellant in a can of computer board spray while heating the gear and using a puller but once again no movement whatsoever.
