I say never rule out the posibility of more Vampire books; especially if Lestat was based on her husband. She may still be feeling the grief, but what better way to keep her husband alive in her heart than keeping him immortal. Would she really want him to be wandering the savage garden unnoticed? Lestat would never stand for that. :D
For all the dark dreamt fears that haunt our nights, the minds of man are still the greatest horror, and hope.

I was so very disappointed with this novel, though the disappointment commenced with Blackwood Farm and carried through to Blood Canticle. Even after all of these years, I still can't believe she destroyed the vampires and witches the way she did with these novels ... it sadly read more like poor fan fiction .. well in my opinion
Poor is the man whose pleasures depend on the permission of another
