Am I close?

   I've been trying to have a OBE for a while now. I practice every so often. I get close but I'm not sure how close I am. I think the closest I get is when I feel like I'm slowly sinking away from my body, pretty much drifting away. After that my heart starts to race and I lose it. I am just wondering if this is a sign that I am close to having an OBE.
