   Scoot is pretty much complete.   Does run, and is rideable.  A bit contrary but does run decent.  Seat is torn at front seam.   Pipe header has been repaired, no muffler..   Speedo works, not sure about lights.   Taillight is in place but loose.   Some scratches dents on foot boards fairing, rubbers are gone on food board etc.   Do have engine covers etc. as well.  Tank has couple of small dings.   Tank is white, fenders , fairing are red.   Tires in good shape with new tubes...
