I believe this is a book by Dean Koontz. I cannot remember the name of the book. It was about a boy that had an accident and suffered brain damage. A microchip was implanted in his brain that had most of his memories stored there but he had no emotion and eventually started to turn evil. He scored perfect on his exams. I believe that the boy's father worked for the governement or a high tech company. At first the mother was just happy to have her boy back but then later starts to realize that there is no emotion in him. just started Lullabye by Claire Seeber. It's an o.k. story, but I'm having trouble warming up to the main character, she just gets on my nerves. just got Death Benefit by Robin Cook & Midnight's Angels by Tony Richards. I've been waiting a long time for Midnight's Angels. It's the third book in the continuing story, Dark Rain; Night of Demons. If you haven't read them, you should give them a try. just came back from Puerto Vallarta, & downloaded my three favorite books: Stinger by Robert Mccammon & Fear Nothing & Seize the Night on my e-reader to read on the beach. Now home to COLD Edmonton & rereading The Town by Bentley Little.
